How to Allow Access to Photos in the Frameo App

Modified on: Thu, 14 Nov, 2024 at 3:24 PM

If you don’t see your photos in the Frameo app, it might be due to the app lacking permission to see your photos.

Note: If you use an Android phone and store your photos on an internal micro SD card, simply look for the "External" option in the album drop-down.

How to Allow Access With an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app and scroll down until you find the Frameo app in the list and press it
  2. Select Photos
  3. On older iPhone/iPad versions: Select Read and write
  4. On recent iPhone/iPad versions: Select All photos (or Selected photos)
  5. Close the Frameo app and open it again
